Ezynic SL may modify the conditions determined here at any time, being duly published as they appear here. The validity of the aforementioned conditions will be based on their exposure and will be in force until they are modified by others duly published. The last modification of the conditions is on 11/18/2020.
The website uses information security techniques generally accepted in the industry, such as firewalls, access control procedures and cryptographic mechanisms, all in order to prevent unauthorized access to data. To achieve these ends, the user / client accepts that the provider obtains data for the purposes of the corresponding authentication of access controls.

PLACING THE ORDER
To place an order it is necessary to connect to https://www.stormymondays.com/, and register as a user, filling in the electronic form that appears at any time on the website of the online store and following the instructions indicated therein. After registration, and to proceed with the purchase of products, you must add the product you wish to purchase to the basket, according to the indications on the screen, completing for this purpose the order form supplied and validating it.
The prices presented on the website are valid only and exclusively for online orders placed at https://www.stormymondays.com/. All prices published on our website are inclusive of VAT.
The validation of the order by the client expressly implies knowledge and acceptance of these general contracting conditions as part of the conclusion of the contract.
Once the purchase has been made and in the shortest possible time, always within 24 hours of the execution of the purchase, the Ezynic SL Customer Service will send you a proof of purchase by e-mail.
If you do not agree with the data provided in said confirmation, you can request their modification or the cancellation of the contract.
LANGUAGE OF FORMALIZATION OF THE CONTRACT
The language or languages in which the contract may be formalized on this website is Spanish.
The selection of products offered at https://www.stormymondays.com/, is valid as long as the products are visible on the website. As it is e-commerce, the stock is updated online, so it could happen, eventually, that during the purchase process the stock runs out.
If this happens, we will inform you immediately to offer you an alternative or refund the amount paid for the product.
WAY TO MAKE CLAIMS
To make any claim in relation to the obligations established in Article 110 of Law 3/2014, you must contact us by filling in the contact form on our website.
LACK OF EXECUTION OF THE CONTRACT
In case of non-execution of the contract by the entity due to not being available the purchased product or for any other reason, the client will be informed of this lack of availability and / or reason that justifies it and will recover the sums without any undue delay. that you have paid under it. In case of unjustified delay by Ezynic SL regarding the return of the sums paid, the client may claim that double the amount owed be paid, without prejudice to their right to be compensated for the damages suffered in what exceed that amount.
SHIPPING MODE AND TIMES
The products are sent to the shipping address that you have indicated in the order. In the case of placing an order for several items with different availabilities, the delivery time will take into account the longest expected delivery. In exceptional cases, Ezynic SL reserves the right to break down the order, sending available items and leaving unavailable items pending for a second shipment.
To carry out the transport and delivery of shipments, we have chosen a courier company of recognized prestige.
The established shipping time will depend on the requested order. It will be approximately five business days from receipt of payment, considering business days Monday through Friday.
In the event that the customer detects a problem at the time of delivery of his order (damaged packaging, missing or damaged products) he must indicate it in writing on the delivery note of the carrier, and contact within 14 days following the reception. No return of damaged item will be accepted, as well as claim for missing item, if it has not been communicated within the established period, sending us photos and description of the problem.
All this without prejudice to the guarantee right for products that do not comply with the contract that assists all consumers, in accordance with current regulations ”.

Ezynic SL accepts payment by Credit Card, you can use Visa and MasterCard. If you make the payment with a VISA or Maestro card, the payment on your card will be made deferred, that is, at the time of sending. In this way, only the items sent and at the time of shipment will be charged. In the event that the POS reports the denial of the card, the order will be automatically canceled, informing the customer of the cancellation online. For payments made with cards issued outside of Spain, it is necessary that the issuing bank is covered by the Secure Electronic Commerce Security Protocol (CES). Payments with cards that do not meet this requirement will not be accepted. As an alternative we propose the transfer payment. Ezynic SL reserves the right to reject any operation carried out with a credit card. In this case we will proceed to refund the cash on the original card. In these cases and if the client is interested in progressing in the purchase of the items, we will request a bank transfer.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you are not satisfied, you can return your purchases at https://www.stormymondays.com/ in our office located at Hnos. Pidal, 34, 1º office A1-OVIEDO (ASTURIAS), by completing the withdrawal document that you can download here.
The maximum term to request the return is stipulated in the following terms, from the receipt of the order:
-14 calendar days for all the products in our online store.
The return will be made in the same form of payment of the purchase. This right is in addition to the guarantee right recognized in RDL 1/2007 of November 16 on the defense of consumers and users.
The circumstances that can cause a return are the following:
a) If the product you have ordered does not satisfy you: You can return it by courier to Ezynic SL. We will refund the amount of the product but not the costs of returning the product.
b) If you wish to make an exchange for another item, the return costs will not be assumed by Ezynic SL
c) Product that, by mistake, does not correspond to the order: Ezynic SL will bear the costs of collecting the wrong product and delivering the one corresponding to the order placed.
d) The products must be packed and unsealed. The packaging must be in perfect condition and keep all its accessories and original instructions in order to be returned.
Neither in physical stores, nor in the Ezynic SL online store, will returns of products that have not been purchased in the entity be accepted.
In all cases, the products must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging and with the manuals, accessories or promotional gifts, if applicable, included.
In accordance with article 103 of Law 3/2014 on the Defense of Consumers and users, the right of withdrawal is excepted for those products that are clearly personalized or that have been made in accordance with the customer’s specifications.
CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER
In the event that an order is canceled before its departure, the customer will not have any expenses. In the event that an order is canceled after the merchandise has left, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs as well as the cost of returning the order.
The warranty period is 2 years, from the delivery of the product, although it does not include deficiencies caused by negligence, blows, incorrect use or improper handling, or materials that are worn by use. Unless proven otherwise, it will be presumed that the lack of conformity manifested in the 6 months after delivery of the product, be it new or second-hand, already existed when the thing was delivered, except when this presumption is incompatible with the nature of the product or the nature of the lack of conformity. Ezynic SL reserves the right to request an official technical service of the brand, a verification of the origin of the problem. In the event of a defect caused by misuse, the repair will be billable. In those cases that justify the application of the guarantee, it will be opted for the repair, replacement of the article, discount or return, in the legally established terms.
The refund will be made through the means of payment used in the purchase.
Ezynic SL will not refund the amount or make any reshipment of merchandise until the receipt and condition of the packaging and accessories of the item that is the object of the return or exchange has been verified in our warehouses. The price to be returned is the one that originally appeared in the order, except for transport costs. Once the correct condition of the returned product has been verified, Ezynic SL will proceed to refund the amount within a maximum period of 15 days.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
The relationship between Ezynic SL and the USER will be governed by current Spanish regulations and any controversy will be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the corresponding city
